Transformers/Electrical Components
There are no refunds or exchanges on “purchased” transformers/electrical components. All transformers carry a 1-year warranty except HOTSWAP transformers which carry a 2-year warranty. Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.
Clear Acrylic Backing Warranty Information
Clear Backing is covered by a 30 day warranty. Please use a mild soap or detergent with lukewarm water to clean your acrylic sign. Use a clean, soft cloth with light pressure to clean; Rinse with clean water and dry by gently blotting with a damp cloth. DO NOT use the following products on your acrylic sign: window cleaning spray (such as Windex), kitchen scouring compounds or solvents containing acetone, gasoline, benzene, alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, or lacquer thinner. These can scratch the acrylic and causes surface cracking.
Sculptures
Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (customerservice@everythingneon.com) within 24 hours. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our warehouse after this routine inspection. Please allow 2-5 days to return the repaired, or a replacement, sign.
Warranty from 30-90 days: All sculptures carry a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover customer negligence or physical damage. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In addition, the shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. . Please allow 2-5 days to ship the repaired, or a replacement, product.

Business Neon Sign
Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for plugging testing) the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (customerservice@everythingneon.com) within 24 hours.
Breakage not reported within 24 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.
Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Everything Neon.
Warranty: All signs carry a (1) year warranty from date of purchase. Hot Swap transformers carry a (2) year warranty.
You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that Everything Neon will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.
You must contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping any parts or product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon products.
